You will learn about yourself
You will explore and uncover both intentional and unintentional mindsets that are holding you back. Were you always encouraged to “play it safe”? Perhaps you grew up in a home where productivity (a.k.a good grades) were used to define you. There are many reasons why we become adults who allow ourselves to burnout. I will support you as you figure out the source of your habits. We will uncover your core values along the way and align your life to suit your needs, not anyone else’s. We will come up with your own ‘Burnout No More’ playbook with actionable steps, strategies and skills that are individualized specifically to you, your personality, and your needs.
You will have support
Breaking habits is a hard thing to do. If it were easy, everyone would be able to do it effortlessly. The truth is, you will need both a coach and a cheerleader along the way. I will support you as you explore and uncover your passions, wants, needs, values and desires. As you explore and try new things, you will inevitably stumble along the way, you will need someone to help and encourage you to get right back up.
You will be held accountable
I will hold you accountable as you begin to implement changes in your life. There will be homework assignments to complete in between your sessions. There will also be periodic mid week check-ins depending on the goal you would like to achieve. You have to be willing to put in the work. What you get out of our time together will depend on what you put in.
How it works!

1 to 1 Coaching (4 week package) $500
Sessions are once a week for 1 hour. In order to ensure sufficient progress is made, sessions can only be booked for 4 weeks at a time. You can renew your package as often as you want. How long we work together is totally up to you.
